Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, order value, and order weight.

  • Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout when you enter your shipping details.

Please note, all deliveries will be made using branded packaging to ensure your products reach you safely and securely.


 

Processing & Turnaround

We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours from the time they’re placed (Monday to Friday). Orders made after 12 PM will typically be shipped the following working day. During busy periods, such as weekends, it may take up to 72 hours for orders to be dispatched.

Carriers & Tracking

We use trusted delivery carriers such as Royal Mail and FedEx. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number to monitor your package as it makes its way to you.


 

Out of Stock Items

If any of the items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you promptly to discuss your options. You can choose to wait for the items to be restocked, or we can issue you a full refund for the out-of-stock items.


 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Ceylon Distributors, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines outlined below.

 

How to Return an Item

  • Eligibility: Returns must be made within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including packaging and labels.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact Us: Please email us at enquiries@ceylondistributors.com with details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

    2. Return the Item: Mail the item back to us.

Exceptions

  • Opened Items: Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.


 

Restocking Fee

10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any returned items. We also do not refund the original shipping costs that were paid when the order was placed.


 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds are usually processed within a few business days, and will be credited to your original payment method.
